Tractor-trailer overturns on I-95 SB ramp to Walt Whitman Bridge in South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A tractor-trailer overturned on an Interstate 95 ramp in South Philadelphia Monday morning.

It happened just after 4 a.m. on the Front Street exit ramp from I-95 southbound to the Walt Whitman Bridge.

The driver was entrapped and had to be extricated.

The ramp remains closed and the driver's condition is unknown.
