
FAIRLESS HILLS, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Bucks County say a teenager fell asleep at the wheel before slamming into a home in Fairless Hills.
It happened at 4:45 p.m. Friday along the 300 block of Trenton Road.
Investigators say a 17-year-old from Bristol Township was behind the wheel of a Dodge Caravan when he fell asleep while driving, veered off the roadway and hit a house.
A man was inside the home at the time of the crash, but was not injured.
The teen driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
The Falls Township Fire Marshal determined the house to be unsafe due to the severe structural damage.
The crash remains under investigation.
