

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man opened fire on a group of people walking in West Philadelphia, shooting a 19-year-old woman twice.
Police were called to 56th Street and Haverford Avenue around 2:30 a.m. on Friday.
Officers found the woman shot in the chest.
She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Three other people, who were walking with the victim, say they exchanged words with the gunman before he opened fire.
The gunman took off after the shooting.
Investigators say he was wearing dark clothing and a backpack with a "teeth" design on it.
Police are looking for him and are talking to witnesses.
