CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- A South Jersey community came together Friday night to support 12-year-old Xavier Taylor, a young baseball player who remains in critical condition one month after being injured during warmups.

Members of Rock-Life Jeepers organized a Jeep parade that began at Pyne Poynt Park in Camden.

The nearly two-mile ride traveled through the city before ending at Cooper University Hospital, where Xavier continues to receive care.

Family, friends, neighbors and teammates gathered along the route and at the hospital to show their support.

Xavier's family said the continued outpouring of love from the community has been overwhelming as they remain focused on his recovery.
