Powelton shooting leaves man in critical condition

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is in critical condition following a shooting in the Powelton section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 11 p.m. Monday at Preston and Spring Garden streets.

Police said the 28-year-old victim was shot in the arm and leg.

He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

Police are investigating what led up to the shooting.

No arrests have been made.
