NEW HOLLAND, Pa. -- Police in Lancaster County say three men used $500 in counterfeit cash to pay for a puppy.
PennLive.com reports it happened Monday night in Earl Township. Police say the men passed five bogus $100 bills to pay for a Shih Tzu puppy that had been advertised for sale.
New Holland police say the suspects left in a gray or silver Mercedes SUV.
