Double shooting investigated in Reading, Pa.

READING, Pa. -- The Berks County District Attorney will decide whether or not to charge a homeowner, in connection with a double shooting in Reading.

It happened along the 1200 block of North 11th Street on Monday morning.

The homeowner says he shot two people from his second story window because he saw them breaking into his vehicle.

Police are presenting the evidence to the District Attorney, who will determine if the shooting was justified.

Both of the people who were shot, do not have life threatening injuries.
