READING, Pa. (WPVI) -- A police officer from Reading, Pennsylvania, is again facing criminal charges. This comes less than a month after initial charges against him were dropped.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jesus Santiago-DeJesus is accused of official oppression and tampering with evidence.
Prosecutors say surveillance video shows him physically confronting a woman and smashing the cell phone she was using to record him.
He's also now accused of lying about what happened to his superiors.
