Deadline extended for SEPTA Regional Rail papal pass lottery winners

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- SEPTA has extended the deadline for the people who won the Regional Rail lottery for papal passes.

Lottery winners now have until Monday at 3:00 p.m. to finalize their purchase.

The original deadline was 11:59 Sunday.

Meanwhile, if you didn't win the papal pass lottery, hope is not lost.

The remaining Regional Rail passes that go unclaimed Monday will go to random people who entered but didn't win during the first go-around.

The new winners will be notified by email starting Monday night.
