COOPERSBURG, Pa. (WPVI) -- On the 35th anniversary of his disappearance, investigators said they are still looking for information into the fate of 16-year-old Robert Keck.
The Lehigh County District Attorney's office issued the reminder more than three decades after Keck vanished on June 30, 1979.
Back in May, police conducted a four-day search in Pike Township, Berks County in connection with the case.
"Unfortunately, that search proved fruitless," Lehigh County District Attorney James B. Martin said in a statement.
Martin also noted that Chief Robert Coyle of the Upper Saucon Township Police department was a patrolman in 1979, who took the original missing person's report. He has "spearheaded the investigation for many years," Martin said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Upper Saucon Township Detective Tom Nicoletti at 610-282-3064 or Lehigh County Detective Joseph Vazquez at 610-782-3831.
