22 arrests made in Philadelphia rooster fights

Philadelphia police arrested 22 people in connection to rooster fights.

Officers were called around 11:30 p.m. Friday to the 2700 block of East Ann Street for the report of a person with a gun, a person wanted for a homicide, and a rooster fight.

Once on the scene, police found 83 roosters, some were injured.

They were taken to the SPCA for care.

The investigation is ongoing.
