Bryn Mawr elementary school on lockdown after bear sighting

BRYN MAWR, Pa. (WPVI) -- Ithan Elementary School is currently on a level one lockdown due to a possible bear sighting in a nearby woods.

It happened Tuesday morning on the 600 block of Clyde Road.

A level one lockdown means that all exterior doors are kept shut with the students and teachers inside the school.

Everyone is safe, and there are no injuries reported.
