AMBLER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A woman was struck and killed by a SEPTA train in Ambler, Montgomery County.
The accident occurred shortly after 11:30 a.m. Sunday near Oak Street.
SEPTA officials say a woman was trespassing in the track area when she was struck by an inbound Lansdale-Doylestown train.
The victim's name or age is not known at this time.
Service between Glenside and Doylestown was suspended in both directions but service has since resumed.
The incident is under investigation.
