7-year-old double amputee excels at gymnastics

A little girl in Texas is proving that you can achieve anything once you set your mind to it.

7-year old Autumn Fought is just like any ordinary first grader, full of energy and eager to learn.

However, she suffered a stroke while in the womb and suffered complications from that after she was born.

The little girl had to have part of both legs amputated.

Autumn's mother knew her daughter needed a way to stay active, so, four years ago, she enrolled her in gymnastics class.

"She gets a little scared when she is trying something new, but the moment she figures it out, she's good, she doesn't have any fears," Autumn's mother said.

Above all, Autumn's mother says her daughter has learned to be brave.
