A special playground opens

FISHTOWN (WPVI) -- They couldn't cut the ribbon fast enough Wednesday afternoon in Fishtown.

These excited children couldn't wait to play on the brand new playground at Penn Treaty Park.

Workers installed A.D.A. accessible equipment and a safer surface.

The improvement project also included the cleaning and restoration of sculptures in the area.
