Dobbins Career and Technical H.S. Class of 2016

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- For these teens Tuesday is not only the start of their summer, but also the start of the next chapter in their lives.

Murrell Dobbins Career and Technical High School saluted its class of 2016 in North Philadelphia.

The school's pricipal says these scholars are tomorrow's leaders.
