Arian Foster ruled out vs. Browns

[url TARGET="_blank" HREF="" ]Houston Texans[/url] star running back [url TARGET="_blank" HREF="" ]Arian Foster[/url] has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the [url TARGET="_blank" HREF="" ]Cleveland Browns[/url] because of a groin injury.[br /][br /]Foster was initially listed as questionable on the injury report, but will not make the trip to Cleveland.[br /][br /]Foster suffered the injury against the [url TARGET="_blank" HREF="" ]Philadelphia Eagles[/url] in Week 9. The Texans were off in Week 10.[br /][br /]This will be the second game Foster will miss this season. He missed the Texans' Week 3 loss to the [url TARGET="_blank" HREF="" ]New York Giants[/url] with a hamstring injury.[br /][br /]Rookie [url TARGET="_blank" HREF="" ]Alfred Blue[/url] will start in Foster's place Sunday against Cleveland.[br /][br /]Also, the Browns announced free safety[url TARGET="_blank" HREF="" ]Tashaun Gipson[/url]has been upgraded from questionable to probable. Gipson had been in the NFL's concussion protocol, but was cleared by an independent neurologist on Saturday.
