Car crashes into Philly police SWAT truck

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A car slammed into a Philadelphia police SWAT truck while officers were on the scene of another accident.

It happened overnight on I-95 southbound by Academy Road.

The officers inside the truck saw a car crashed along a concrete median and stopped to help.

When they did, they say another car slammed into their vehicle.

That driver will be charged with DUI, police say.

The officers were not injured.

There was no word on any other injuries.
