Portion of I-295 southbound shuts down due to jack-knifed tractor trailer

BARRINGTON, New Jersey (WPVI) -- A jack-knifed tractor trailer blocked all the lanes of 295 southbound before Exit 29 (White Horse Pike) for some time Monday morning.

Traffic was detoured off 295 southbound at Exit 31.
