FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- A bicyclist is dead after being struck by a SEPTA bus in the Frankford section of Philadelphia.
The crash happened on Orthodox Street near Aramingo Avenue at 12:10 p.m.
Police say the bicyclist cut in front of the bus, and the bus driver was not able to stop.
The bicyclist, a 25-year-old man, was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Route J bus stopped at the scene.
There were no passengers on the bus at the time.
Philadelphia police are investigating.
