Ramp reopens on I-76 WB at University City after tractor-trailer crash

UNIVERSITY CITY -- The I-76 westbound ramp at University Avenue exit has reopened after a tractor-trailer crash.
The crash happened around 11 p.m. Monday just before the University exit.
A tractor-trailer carrying apples overturned. The driver managed to escape injury.
Crews were brought in to load the apples onto another truck.
The lanes were blocked for sometime, but have since reopened.
