Toddler survives brush with death in Brooklyn

A toddler survives brush with death when a cars goes out of control in Brooklyn.

An out of control car jumped a curb, knocked a small tree onto the child and then ran over the boy.

A crowd of people surrounded firefighters who pulled the child from in between the tires.

Amazingly the boy walked away with only minor injuries.

So far, the driver does not face charges.

It's still not clear why they lost control of the car.
