UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WPVI) -- Like many communities across the area, a snow emergency went into effect on Friday night in Upper Darby, Pa.
There was a 6 p.m. deadline... as some drivers found out the hard way.
The Action Cam was there as police brought out tow trucks to remove vehicles that were parked illegally.
Upper Darby officials say it's important to keep snow emergency routes clear to help rescuers and other service personnel.
