3 injured in state-trooper involved crash in NJ

UPPER DEERFIELD TWP., N.J. -- Two state troopers and a civilian were injured in a three vehicle crash in Upper Deerfield Township, New Jersey.



It happened around 9:00 p.m. Friday in the area of Route 77 and Big Oak Road.



Initial reports indicate that officers were conducting a traffic stop at the time.



Two troopers and a civilian were injured.



One trooper was taken to Cooper University Hospital for treatment while the other victims were treated at the scene.



No word what sparked the crash.
