Riders rescued after Six Flags Great America roller coaster stops midway through ride

Some thrill-seekers in Illinois got quite a scare when a roller coaster at Six Flags Great America stopped midway on its first ascent up the track.

Rescuers had to come in and pull people down to safety.

Everyone is all right.

The coaster's "safety sensors" stopped the ride, but park officials say they don't yet know what exactly went wrong.
