NEW YORK (WPVI) -- In less than 24 hours, a rare celestial event will be seen across the U.S., including here in the Delaware Valley region.

Parts of the country will be shrouded in darkness when the moon crosses in front of the sun to create a total solar eclipse.

To prepare for the incredible event that only happens once every handful of years, Action News went to the path of totality.
