Dim Sum Garden celebrates expansion in Chinatown

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A mother and daughter are celebrating the opening of a bigger space for their restaurant in Chinatown.

Dim Sum Garden is now at 1024 Race Street.

It's double the size of their old location and it also has a full bar and an event space.

They specialize in making their Chinese steamed soup dumplings.

They had a lion dance celebration outside the new space on Monday as part of the celebration.
