Pedestrian struck and killed while walking on Vine Street Expressway
Police say that victim was hit while walking on the shoulder of the road under the 18th Street Overpass.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One man is dead after Pennsylvania State Police say he was hit by at least two cars on the Vine Street Expressway.
It happened near the 18th Street overpass around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
Police say the victim was hit while walking on the shoulder of the road.
Action News is working to learn if both vehicles stopped, and why the man was walking in that area.
The victims has not been identified.
