PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- After a chilly start we have a relatively mild day ahead with finally some showers arriving over the weekend.

FRIDAY: It's a cooler morning, but temperatures remain mild into the afternoon with plenty of sun, high 72. Winds will be quite gusty during the day gusting up to 30mph. This will bring an elevated risk for the spread of wildfires.

SATURDAY: Turning cooler, but it's another sunny day, high 58.

SUNDAY: Clouds roll in. We're tracking the chance for some showers later in the day and at night, high 62.

MONDAY (VETERANS DAY): A lingering shower early, otherwise sun returns, high 68.

TUESDAY: Sunshine, few clouds, high 63.

WEDNESDAY: Sunny and more seasonable, high 57.

THURSDAY: Increasing clouds with some late rain possible, high 58.
