AccuWeather: Cooler with rain and drizzle today in the Philadelphia region

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- We stay unsettled through the next several days with some much-needed rain.

TUESDAY: Rather cloudy with showers and drizzle around, high 70. It looks like the wettest period of the day will be later at night.

WEDNESDAY: Expect showers, mostly in the early morning with just a spotty shower in the afternoon. We may see some sunny breaks in the afternoon. High 71.

THURSDAY: Clouds still dominate and it's a bit muggy with scattered showers and even a thunderstorm around, high 77.

FRIDAY: Noticeably humid with some sun and the chance for a late-day thunderstorm, high 81.

SATURDAY: We'll see some sun mixing with the clouds and a few late-day showers around, high 83.

SUNDAY: Partly sunny, high 79.
