Collision sends SUV into West Philadelphia front yard

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a two vehicle accident in West Philadelphia.

The accident occurred shortly before 10:00 p.m. Monday at 55th and Delancey streets.

Police say an SUV and another vehicle collided at the corner, resulting in the SUV coming to a rest in the front yard of a home.

A woman managed to walk away under her own power.

She was administered medical care at the scene and later transported to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
