Toddler struck by car in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A toddler is hospitalized after being struck by a car in West Philadelphia.



It happened just before 9:00 p.m. Wednesday in the 4100 block of Cambridge Street.



Police say the boy, believed be to 2 years old, was struck by a driver who did stop at the scene.



The toddler was taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in critical condition.



Police are investigating.
