Man critical after shooting in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police in Wilmington, Delaware say a man was shot multiple times, leaving him with serious injured Wednesday night.

The shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. on the 900 block of East 26th Street.

When officers arrived on the scene they found the 31-year-old victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso.

The victim was taken to the Christiana Hospital where he was last listed in critical condition.
