Snow covered much of the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys Thursday, before changing over to ice and rain. Even once the snow tapered off, roads across the region were slick and slow creating big delays for motorists trying to get home at the end of the day.
Schools dismissed early, and evening educational programs were canceled.
