Twenty-nine-year-old Heather Hull confirms that she returned to work Saturday night, but without the back pay she was seeking.
Warden George Wagner fired Hull in April after she appeared in the March issue of Playboy wearing a fake prison uniform and a bustier. Wagner says Hull has been reinstated, and declines to comment further.
The union that represents the corrections officers asked an arbitrator in May to reinstate Hull. Teamsters Union business agent Paul Concordia says he is glad Hull has been reinstated but disappointed she did not get back pay.
Though citing a lack of moral judgment, Arbitrator Charles Long says Hull did not besmirch the county's reputation by posing in a simulated correctional officer's uniform.
