Trooper in trouble for this request

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (AP) - March 12, 2008

The Arkansas State Police Commission has decided that the state police commander was right in firing Roderick Trotter.

Trotter was sacked after complaints from two women who said he had stopped them and wanted three-way sex involving his wife, too.

Trotter's lawyer argued that other cases involving charges of troopers' sexual misconduct hadn't resulted in their dismissal.

The lawyer says Trotter hasn't decided on whether to file an appeal.
