Guardian Angels coming to Philly subways

PHILADELPHIA - March 29, 2008 It's in response to that deadly SEPTA attack that happened Wednesday.

Angels' founder Curtis Sliwa, from New York City, will be at the at 13th and Market Street Station around 10 a.m., along with a dozen Philadelphia Angels.

It was about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon when 36-year-old Sean Conroy was attacked by 4 teens inside the SEPTA subway station, near City Hall. Conroy died of an asthma attack caused by those blunt force injuries.

16-year-old Kinta Stanton is in police custody, and has reportedly confessed.

Police are still looking for Stanton's 3 accomplices believed to be Simon Gratz students.
