Troy Whye is being arraigned at the Camden County Courthouse.
Whye is charged with the murder of 22-year-old Krystal Skinner. She died from a stab wound to the chest. Her body was found inside her apartment, on Chews Landing Road in Lindenwold.
Skinner's two-year-old son was home when the murder happened, but he was not hurt.
Skinner was a Rutgers University student who was completing her final year.
Whye, meantime is also charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
