New Jersey State Police say 19-year-old Thomas Paolino has been charged with desecration of human remains. He's been held in New York since Thursday.
Tush's death has been classified as a homicide.
Her mother tells The Press of Atlantic City that a friend of Jessica's said she left her job at a shopping mall on Staten Island at 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
Dina Tush says her daughter and Paolino broke up a few days before Jessica disappeared.
