WILMINGTON, De. - May 9, 2008 Probation and parole officers discovered several computers at Fink's home during a routine visit in April. Fink is prohibited from accessing the internet due to his 2002 conviction on numerous charges of child pornography.
Detectives examined the computers and discovered mutiple images of pre-teen girls in sexual situations. Police believe Fink got the images off of the internet.
Fink was arrested on April 17, 2008. He is in the Howard Young prison in lieu of $10,000 cash only bail. His parole has also been violated.
