At 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, police were called to the Carriage House apartment complex on New Road in Somers Point and found Tull dead in the bedroom of her apartment.
Officials say Kelsey and Tull had gotten into an argument earlier on Tuesday, and that Kelsey broke into Tull's apartment, assaulted her and strangled her. Kelsey is charged with murder, and burglary and is being held on $750,000 bail pending a hearing Thursday morning in Atlantic County Superior Court.
