More than 100,000 fans will be at the track for the races, which begin with a Truck Series race on Friday and conclude with a Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday.
DelDOT's Transportation Management Center will monitor Dover traffic and make signal-timing changes as needed to reduce congestion.
Fans wishing to avoid traffic headaches can park their car for $20 at the Blue Hen Corporate Center on Bay Road and ride an express bus to the track.
Another express bus will operate from the Christiana Mall Park & Ride. The cost is $10 for the round trip.
