SOCIETY HILL Zahav is at 237 Saint James Place, near 2nd and Walnut in Society Hill Towers. It is convenient to Old City and Penn's Landing. It's open nightly for dinner, with weekday lunch coming soon.

The menu features grilled specialties cooked over hot coals, and authentic Middle Eastern flatbread baked in a wood-fired brick oven.

There are many salads as well, plus Israeli staples like hummus. A chef's tasting menu is planned in a soon-to-open private dining room.
