Jane Clark is suing the landlord of Fox's building in New York, charging she got bedbug bites at work.
The satellite feed coordinator says the tiny bugs left her unable to work last year and she now suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Clark says an investigation revealed that another employee was bringing the bugs to work from home, but that person no longer works at Fox.
The Fox News Channel and its parent News Corporation are not charged in the suit.
