Incognito bandit caught by FBI

PHILADELPHIA - June 18, 2008 Less than a week since a bank surveillance photo showed a male robbing a Citiizens Bank, the FBI was able to discover and arrest the robber known as the Incognito Bandit.

Christopher Holder, 27, was arrested at his mother's home on the 3400 block of Barclay Street in Philadelphia, PA.

The day after the surveillance photo was released, the FBI received two phone calls, who advised them to the robber being Holder.

A bank employee at one of his alleged robberies identified a photo of Holder as the man who committed the robbery.

Holder is charged with a robbery of the Saint Edmond's Federal Savings Bank and the M & T Bank in Philadelphia.

In addition to these two robberies, Holder will also continue to be investigated for his involvement in the five other bank robberies, including the Citizens Bank one.

Holder is currently being held in the Federal Detention Center at 7th and Arch Streets.
