Study: Tilapia may not be healthy for some
Tilapia is a popular choice at restaurants and markets, but it may not be good for your heart.
Researchers from Wake Forest University found that tilapia has low levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and high levels of unhealthy omega-6 fatty acids.
The combination could be particularly bad for patients with heart disease, arthritis, asthma and other diseases involving overactive inflammatory responses.
