Witnesses told police the two males were in waist deep water Wednesday when one apparently went into deeper water and could not swim. The person with him tried to help, but could not swim either.
The pond is near Dirt Lane, off Route 54.
Dive teams from Selbyville, Roxana and Millville were on the scene for about 90 minutes until the bodies were recovered.
