Authorities arrested Daniel Costenbader of Emmaus after the break-in at /*Penn State*/ early Thursday morning - the day of his 21st birthday.
Police say they arrived at the building early Thursday morning because of a call about a fight, though the call was made by Costenbader. Police say they found a smashed window and Costenbader alone in a first-floor bathroom.
An athletic department spokesman says there was about $10,000 in damages, much of it in a training room.
Costenbader is charged with burglary, trespass, public drunkenness and other counts. He is free on $50,000 unsecured bail.
