Committee chairman Stan Mills says officials underestimated the cost of the project so the committee needs to find more money. He says the meeting might also include a decision on materials for the boardwalk, either southern yellow pine or a composite material.
The project is scheduled to begin in November between Laurel and Rehoboth Avenue. The work is expected to end next May.
