The girl had disappeared beneath the surface of the water while swimming at a private beach at Pocono Lake Preserve in Tobyhanna Township on Monday, Aug. 4.
Two lifeguards pulled her from the lake and revived her and she was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Grimm says Juliette's death has been ruled accidental.
